Terms & Conditions
By booking or renting any outfit, jewellery, or accessory from NS Bridal & Groom Collection, customers agree to the following terms.
Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by NS Bridal & Groom Collection.
- Customers should verify the selected outfit, event date, rental duration, and applicable charges before confirming a booking.
- The booking advance is non-refundable once paid.
Rental Period & Returns
- Customers must return all rented outfits, jewellery, accessories, and other items by the agreed return date and time.
- A late-return penalty of ₹500 per day applies when rented items are returned after the agreed deadline.
- Customers should contact the store promptly if a delay is anticipated. Any revised return arrangement must be confirmed by the store.
Care of Rented Items
Customers are expected to handle all rented items with reasonable care and return them with all included accessories. Any damage, loss, or missing accessories may be reviewed in accordance with the applicable rental agreement and any charges disclosed and agreed upon at booking. Normal wear and tear is acceptable; permanent stains, tears, burns, or alterations are subject to repair or replacement assessment.
Recommended Unboxing Reporting Window
For courier deliveries, customers are recommended to inspect the parcel upon receipt and report any transit damages or discrepancies within 4 hours of delivery with photos/video. This reporting timeframe assists in prompt verification and does not limit customer consumer rights.
Security Deposit
Where a refundable security deposit applies, it is processed within 48–72 hours after the returned items have been inspected, subject to any applicable deductions agreed to under the rental terms.
Pricing & Availability
Prices, availability, rental periods, deposits, and other booking conditions will be communicated during the booking process. A booking is not final until confirmed by the store.
Changes to These Terms
NS Bridal & Groom Collection may update these terms when necessary. The terms applicable to a particular booking should be confirmed with the store at the time of booking.
