Booking & Outfit Selection
Yes. N.S Bridal & Groom Collection offers a wide range of bridal, groom, wedding, engagement, reception, and special-occasion outfits on rent in Dhamnod and surrounding areas.
You can contact us through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or visit our showroom directly in Dhamnod. Share your preferred outfit style and event date, and our team will verify availability, schedule a fitting, and guide you through the reservation process.
We strongly recommend booking your outfit as early as possible—especially during peak wedding and festive seasons (October through March)—as our premier designer lehengas and sherwanis are reserved quickly.
Rental inclusions depend on the selected garment. Many of our bridal lehengas include matching dupattas and blouse pieces, while groom sherwanis can be paired with safas, stoles, and malas. Any matching accessories included with a specific ensemble will be clearly confirmed at booking.
Yes, absolutely. We offer comprehensive luxury rental collections for Brides, Grooms, and Wedding Guests / Family Members, including bridal lehengas, sherwanis, tuxedos, indo-westerns, crop-top lehengas, and evening gowns.
Yes! We warmly welcome you to visit our Dhamnod store (Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM) to see the fabric, craftsmanship, and try available pieces in our dedicated trial area before finalizing your reservation.
Trial, Measurements & Custom Fitting
Yes. We offer custom alteration and sizing assistance for most rental garments to ensure your outfit fits comfortably and flatters your silhouette on your special day. Our team takes your measurements during trial sessions.
To process a rental booking, we require a valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Driving License), local contact details, precise event dates, and signature on our standard rental agreement form.
Pricing, Security Deposit & Cancellation
Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected prior to outfit handover. The deposit amount depends on the retail value of the selected designer outfit and is clearly stated upfront during booking.
The security deposit is refunded promptly upon the safe return and standard quality inspection of the garment. For in-store returns, refunds are processed on the same day via UPI or original payment method.
Yes, booking modifications or date rescheduling are possible subject to garment availability for your revised dates. Cancellations must be made within the notice timeline specified in our Terms & Conditions.
Care, Hygiene, Delivery & Return
Minor normal wear is expected and covered under our professional sanitization. In the case of severe tears, deep burns, or irreparable stains, an appropriate repair or restoration fee may be deducted from the security deposit in accordance with our terms.
No! Please do NOT attempt to wash or dry-clean the garments yourself. Every item undergoes our specialized professional dry-cleaning and sanitization process both before dispatch and upon return.
Yes. Customers may choose either direct store pickup from our Dhamnod showroom or scheduled courier dispatch to their address. Return logistics can also be pre-arranged.
