Welcome to NS Bridal & Groom Collection. By booking, renting, purchasing, or using our products and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Rental Booking

• Rental bookings are subject to outfit availability for the requested date.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment/advance has been received.

• Customers must provide accurate contact, measurement, delivery, and event-date information.

• Once a booking is confirmed, the selected outfit may be reserved exclusively for the agreed rental period.

2. Rental Period

• The rental period will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

• The outfit must be returned within the agreed return date and time.

• Any extension of the rental period must be approved by NS Bridal & Groom Collection in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

3. Rental Charges & Security Deposit

• Rental charges will depend on the selected outfit, rental duration, and applicable services.

• A security deposit may be required for certain rental outfits.

• The security deposit may be adjusted against applicable damage, loss, missing accessories, or late-return charges.

• Any eligible remaining deposit will be refunded according to the applicable booking terms.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on how early the booking is cancelled and the status of the order.

• Advance payments may be non-refundable once an outfit has been reserved exclusively for a specific date.

• Any applicable refund will be processed according to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

5. Outfit Condition

• All outfits are inspected, cleaned/prepared, and checked before being provided to the customer.

• Customers are expected to take reasonable care of the outfit during the rental period.

• Normal wear and tear is acceptable; however, significant damage, permanent stains, burns, tears, alterations, or other misuse may result in additional charges.

6. Accessories

If the rental includes accessories such as dupattas, jewellery, belts, footwear, bags, or other items, all included items must be returned with the outfit.

Missing or damaged accessories may result in additional charges.

7. Measurements & Fitting

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

• Minor fitting adjustments may be possible depending on the outfit.

• NS Bridal & Groom Collection will not be responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

8. Delivery & Return

• Delivery and return arrangements will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the rental outfit where applicable.

• The customer is responsible for returning the outfit within the agreed rental period.

• Delays caused by incorrect address details, unavailability, or customer-related circumstances may result in additional charges.

9. Late Return

Late returns may attract additional charges depending on the duration of the delay and its impact on subsequent bookings.

If an outfit is required for another customer's confirmed booking, failure to return it on time may result in additional liability.

10. Loss or Irreparable Damage

If an outfit or accessory is lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged beyond reasonable repair, the customer may be required to pay the applicable replacement or recovery cost.

11. Product Appearance

Actual colours, textures, embroidery, and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the nature of the fabric.

12. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the rented outfit and accessories throughout the rental period and must not:

• Alter or permanently modify the outfit without permission

• Use unsuitable cleaning methods

• Sub-rent or transfer the outfit to another person

• Intentionally damage or misuse the outfit

13. Force Majeure

NS Bridal & Groom Collection shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfil a booking caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

14. Changes to Terms

NS Bridal & Groom Collection reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this website.
